Returns (30 days)
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility requirements
To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn , unused , with its tags and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
How to request a return
Contact us at contact@plata925.ca or via the contact page . Once the return is accepted, you will receive a return label and instructions. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Refunds

Exchanges
The simplest solution: return the item, then place a new order for the replacement part once the return has been accepted.
